* If you cancel the reservation on the day or the number of people on the day decreases, a cancellation fee will be charged.
◆Cancellation policy◆
If you cancel your reservation on the day, the following cancellation fees will apply:
【Course reservation】 100% of course fee (per person) will be charged from 0 o'clock on the day of coming to the store.
[If you book a single item all-you-can-drink or a seat only reservation] From midnight on the day of your visit, a fee of 1,000 yen (per person) will be charged.
*Cancellation of reservations for less than 10 people: 50% the day before, 100% on the day
*Cancellation of reservations for 10 or more people: 10 to 7 days in advance: 30% cancellation fee.A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if you cancel 3 to 6 days in advance, 70% if you cancel two days before or the day before, and 100% if you cancel on the day of the event.
*If there is a significant decrease in the number of people attending, an additional cancellation fee may be charged, so please be sure to contact us by phone.
